Day 2 - Adjusting to the New eating Plan

On Aug. 8th I stopped eating fish, refined sugars and dairy completed and today I weighed in and I am 6lbs down from 233 lbs - now at 227 lbs.

The first couple of days, I experienced headaches and my energy level was VERY low and my energy is still quite low today - I have been unable to exercise.

I think I will need to find a vitamin supplement.

Today's Menu...

Breakfast - Protein Smoothie
1 scoop veggie protein
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 cup rice milk

Snack
2 cups veggie chips

Lunch
2 cups Veggie chili

Snack
6 squares dark chocolate
1 cup coffee w/rice milk & 3 packets brown sugar

Dinner
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp jam
2 slices multi-grain bread

Snack
1 Nature Valley trail mix granola bar
1 cup coffee w/rice milk & 1/2 packet stevia
